Dedicated Inkjet Film Printer

Screen printers do better when they dedicate a single printer filled with a proper film printing dye ink rather than using a printer filled with stock color ink for  “dual purposes”.

When printing to film media, a specialized dye-based ink like Dmax® is recommended. Dye inks deliver high-density, opaque prints that are essential to screen exposing success.

Color and Black pigment inks lack the density and durability needed to achieve the quality required for film printing and screen exposure.

Using the right tools for each task ensures the best film printing.
