Removing Outdated AccuRIP® Printer Drivers

Prints failing or not printing as expected? You might be using an outdated AccuRIP driver that is no longer supported. Removing old drivers and using the AccuRIP Emerald driver can ensure successful printing. 

Steps to Remove Outdated “AccuRIP to EPSON/CANON” Drivers:

On Windows:

  1. Go to CONTROL PANEL > Devices and Printers.
  2. Delete all AccuRIP drivers except the AccuRIP Emerald driver.

On macOS:

  1. Go to SYSTEM SETTINGS > Printers and Scanners.
  2. Delete all AccuRIP drivers except the AccuRIP Emerald driver.

All outdated AccuRIP drivers should now be removed. To ensure successful printing, always use the AccuRIP Emerald driver for output.

NOTE: If the AccuRIP Emerald driver is missing or deleted, click on the SUPPORT tab in AccuRIP and click "Build Printer Driver" to restore it.
