STEPS TO RESOLVE:
- From the Halftone tab in AccuRIP® Emerald “Use Settings” must be ON (Green).
- Hold the ALT/OPTION key then click the CLEAR button in AccuRIP Emerald to clear out all files ensuring no prints are still in the queue.
- Set the media, halftone settings, etc desired to be used.
- Click the APPLY button to lock in these settings before processing to print more files.
