Printer Not Found Error in AccuRIP Emerald

If seeing the message “Could Not Find Printer” it could be due to having files stuck in the Print Queue. Once the files have been cleared there should be no problem printing from AccuRIP Emerald

Steps:

  1. Click Clear in AccuRIP Emerald to clear out the stuck file.

TIP: If multiple files are stuck in the Print Queue, press and hold the ALT/Option key down on the keyboard and click Clear in AccuRIP Emerald to clear out all files.

  1. Once the file(s) have been cleared, print a test from the Support section in AccuRIP Emerald. If this prints, test a file from the graphics app by selecting the AccuRIP Emerald printer driver.
