When attempting to print, if you receive this “Printer Not Found” error, it’s likely due to a file(s) being already processed and still in queue.
STEPS TO RESOLVE:
- With AccuRIP Emerald open, if anything is showing in the Proof Positive preview, hold the ALT/OPTION key and click CLEAR to clear out anything stuck in the queue.
- Once cleared, make sure the SELECTED PRINTER drop-down has your printer selected and the APPLY button is grayed out to indicate the settings are locked in.
- From the SUPPORT tab, click the Print Test option to see if a print will successfully go through now.
