Printer Not Found Error (AccuRIP Emerald)

When attempting to print, if you receive this “Printer Not Found” error, it’s likely due to a file(s) being already processed and still in queue.

STEPS TO RESOLVE: 

  1. With AccuRIP Emerald open, if anything is showing in the Proof Positive preview, hold the ALT/OPTION key and click CLEAR to clear out anything stuck in the queue.

  2. Once cleared, make sure the SELECTED PRINTER drop-down has your printer selected and the APPLY button is grayed out to indicate the settings are locked in.

  3. From the SUPPORT tab, click the Print Test option to see if a print will successfully go through now.
