Sharing AccuRIP Emerald Driver From Mac to Mac (Apple to Apple)

In need of multiple computers running Mac OS to be able to share the AccuRIP driver?

STEPS:

1.  On the host Mac (Apple) open System Preferences (System Settings), go to Printers & Scanners, then select the AccuRIP Emerald printer driver.
2. Be sure that “Share this printer on the network” is checked.
3.  On the Mac adding the shared AccuRIP printer driver, download the AccuRIP Emerald PPD. Place the PPD file in the Printer Resources folder of the Mac hard drive.
4. Open System Preferences (System Settings), go to Printers & Scanners, then click the Plus Icon to add a printer.
5.  From the list of printers, select the shared AccuRIP print driver then click Add.

TIP: Print without having to approve the proof positive preview, on the host Mac open AccuRIP, go to Preferences to turn on Bypass Preview.
