When a file does not print or just portions do not print it might be a corrupt document, font or vector element in the file.
Seen within Adobe Illustrator and Corel Draw is the corruption of the actual document. When a file is sent to print and it flushes out of AccuRIP® or seems to disappear, it could be due to a PostScript Error.
If a page prints and displays a postscript error, look that error up online to fix the issue within the file.
Review how the art file was built. Many screen print artists use templates for setting up art with registration and press marks…., repeated use of the same template, copying and pasting graphics in and out can lead to a PostScript Error to the document. Copy and Paste the art file to a NEW page. Convert fonts to outlines/curves. See if the file prints.
If that does not fix the printing issue, start eliminating elements from the document until it prints, then you can focus on improving the corrupt element.
