AccuRIP Engine not running (Mac)(Apple)

Receiving the error message “AccuRIP Engine Emerald Not Running” indicates that the RipEngine database has become damaged such as from a bad PostScript file. A reset is needed.

STEPS:

1. Run the AccuRIP® Emerald installer then restart the computer.
2.  Mac OS VENTURA, close Emerald then go to SYSTEM SETTINGS>GENERAL>LOGIN ITEMS toggle ON “AccuRIP Emerald” service. Open AccuRIP Emerald. 

**Apple OS glitch: not seeing a service named AccuRIP Emerald? Seeing a service named Charlie Facini instead? Switch this service ON. Some Mac OS versions display this proper name instead of AccuRIP Emerald. Same service.**
