Received a PostScript Error or nothing is printing?
STEPS:
- Make sure AccuRIP® Emerald is OPEN (launched) as it is needed when printing with Emerald through a graphics program Print Window.
- If Emerald IS open, and you are getting a PostScript error in the preview then address the error; CLEAR the file from the Proof Positive preview and go back to the file in your graphics program.
- Copy and Paste the file to a NEW page and/or convert any fonts to curves or outlines. Send the file to print again.
