Receiving an error when trying to log into the software can be resolved with the following steps.
OPTION 1:
• If running AccuRIP Emerald/SepStudio NXT on the discontinued iLok system then MIGRATING the license over to the Freehand® License Manager is required: LINK >
OPTION 2:
• If running a discontinued legacy software such as AccuRIP® Ruby/Black Pearl/Separation Studio 3 & 4, those logins are tied to servers that are discontinued and therefore unavailable. Current versions of software are available to try and/or license from: www.solutionsforscreenprinters.com
Note: The Freehand License Manager (FLM) uses the same login credentials to manage activations for all Freehand software and this system is NOT tied to the www.solutionsforscreenprinters.com website login information such as the MY ACCOUNT. For convenience, you can select the same email and password for any of the Freehand login systems.
