Forgot Password

The "Forgot Password" feature resets the Freehand License Manager™ (FLM) password, that matches the AccuRIP® Emerald, Separation Studio® NXT, and NXT-MOVES® software logins.

Steps:

1. Navigate to the Freehand License Manager: FLM LINK >
   
   
2. Click “Forgot Password”
   
   
3. Enter the email address and NEW password; click UPDATE
   
   
4. Check the email for Verification Code
   
   
5. Enter the Verification Code into the Verify Email window in FLM to complete the password reset
