Unexpected expired license message

Receiving an “Expired License” message prematurely when trying to use the software?

This is a message coming from the older iLok License Manager software. This indicates the software lost connection to the iLok License Manager server, not that the software license itself has actually expired.

Migrating from iLok to our Freehand License Manager will resolve this issue. Migration is quick, easy, and free of charge.

NOTE:
Make sure that you are running the latest "Update Installer" from your My Account.
