Either the email or password entered does not match an existing account

Displayed when the username and/or password combination entered during the software sign in attempt is invalid.

NOTE: The credentials used for the software sign in are the same as those used for the Freehand License Manager (FLM).

If unable to sign in successfully:

  • Utilize the "Forgot Password" function to initiate a password reset process.
