All Black Ink cartridges are not being read/accepted by the printer

If your printer is not reading or accepting the All Black Ink® cartridges you may need to run through a printer reset.

Printer reset instructions.

1. Take out all carts from the printer.
2. Turn the printer off and unplug the printer from the wall without the cartridges loaded in the printer.
3. Press and hold the power button down on the printer for 10 seconds.
4. Plug the printer's power supply back in and turn the printer on.
5. Insert the carts in order from left to right one at a time.
